P90x Cycle 2/ Week 3/ Day 1 — Chest and Back

Chest and Back. Should be called PE 101. Push ups and pull ups. I’m still a little sore from yesterday’s run. For some reason I thought 10k was 7.2 miles. I feel pretty silly, but I’m happy I was able to run that far without stopping. To be honest I haven’t run that far since I was on the cross-country team my sophomore year of high school. Looks like cycle 1 of P90x paid off.
