Shoulder, Bi, Tri… Shoulder, Bi, Tri…

Today was P90x shoulders and arms.  I love this workout.  There is nothing special about it, it is just plain old hard work.  The same can be said for most of the P90x videos.  I did cycle one with just 10, 20, and 30lb weights.  I want to stay in the 8 to 10 rep range so I feel like I really need to add in some 15s and 25s to add a bit more difficultly to some of the exercises.  Looks like a trip to Play It Again Sports!

I’m cheating a bit on my diet tonight — glass of red wine.  The hard part is keeping it to one…  two… glasses. ( T – T )
