Missing wokout!

I was supposed to do P90X legs and back today but I got home late from work. It sucks missing workouts but sometimes it just happens. I’m going to make up for it tomorrow with legs and back and then a 10K run in the afternoon. Well… Let’s see how I feel. It might be more of a 5K run. Better a lower number than a 10K hobble.
