P90X – Chest and Back

It was nice to switch to working on my upper body after three days of cross-country skiing.  I decided that I would do chest and back today and then Shoulders, triceps, and biceps on Saturday.  Sunday is going to be another 10k run this week.  Hopefuly I can start improving on my time and speed.

This workout is always tough because I can x it up if I want to.  Today I was feeling a bit stiff after all of the skiing so I took it really easy the first round.  I kicked it up the second round and was able to “bring it” at a level I was happy with.
