10K Sunday

Today was 10K Sunday.  I ran the 10K in about 64 minutes.  The goal is to get this down to 50 minutes by race time this summer.  I’m glad I’ve got some time to keep working on it.  I have this feeling that my time/speed will improve when I’m running outside.  Right now the biggest thing holding me back is my endurance.  My legs feel good at the end of the 10K but my heart rate gets too high.  I need more time running.  I think it is that simple.
