P90X – Chest, Shoulders, Tris and a little Plyo

I missed posting yesterday.  I did P90x Chest, Shoulders, and Tris.  Like I’ve written before, this is an awesome workout.

Did Plyo today.  I’ve increased the number of reps in almost all the exercises.  I’m starting to get used to this.  Time to modify so I can bring it!
